Editorial conclusions, E3 safety classifications and data-quality gates are not changed by payment, sponsorship, affiliate terms or ownership. Commercial relationships must be disclosed before a relevant click, but official-source citations never imply endorsement of EV Evidence or its analysis. A disclaimer explains scope and uncertainty; it cannot replace evidence, weaken a stop condition or convert professional work into consumer guidance.

For UK EV content reviewed on 13 August 2026, editorial admission, E3 safety classes and score eligibility are independent of revenue. Sponsorship or affiliate relationships require visible disclosure before a relevant click and cannot buy inclusion, rank or wider advice. Official and regulator URLs are evidence only, not endorsement. The limit is substantive: disclaimers never cure missing evidence or weaken a professional hand-off.

How EV Evidence separates editorial and safety decisions from sponsorship, affiliate revenue, official sources and scope disclaimers.
Evidence admission, claim wording, freshness, corrections, E3 classification and score eligibility are controlled by the published contracts. A sponsor, affiliate partner, operator, supplier or owner cannot buy a safer class, a favourable comparison, inclusion in an empty dataset or suppression of a material limitation.
Where later product work enables a paid placement, affiliate link or compensated referral, the relationship is stated in plain language before the related click. Commercial links are kept after the safety answer and hand-off. Red, unverified, accident, fire, high-voltage and fixed-electrical professional-only contexts do not carry commerce.
A score or rank requires comparable admitted evidence, a visible method, period, sample, weights and missing-value treatment. Payment does not change those inputs. If enabled, the output is labelled independent EVCode analysis and explicitly distinguished from government, regulator, standards-body or emergency-service approval, certification or endorsement.
Official, regulator, standards-body and safety-authority links identify evidence and jurisdiction. Their names, data or guidance are not converted into a badge, crest, partnership claim or implied recommendation of EV Evidence, an operator, a product or a score.
A disclaimer may explain that information is general, dated or not individual legal, financial or technical advice. It cannot fill an evidence gap, change jurisdiction, remove a warning, soften a stop-use decision, publish an inverse tutorial or make a professional task suitable for a consumer.
Read any commercial disclosure alongside the evidence method, while following the dedicated action page for safety or use advice.
Immediate action: Check who supplied the evidence, who funded the placement and whether a commercial relationship is disclosed before clicking.
