Charge-point operator evidence table

Reliability, dated price observations and evidence coverage are kept separate. Missing values remain unknown or not reported; they are never replaced with zero, another operator's value or an assumed rank.

A score appears only when both formal components pass their sample, period, definition, provenance and freshness gates. Report findability, OCPI access/freshness, raw observed status and OPSS public outcomes remain separate evidence fields and are not silently weighted into the score.

Interpretation rules

What each field does and does not mean

Operator-reported reliability

This is source reporting, not an EV Evidence field measurement. A 99% figure may only be described as an operator-reported calendar-year 50 kW+ rapid-network operator metric. It is not a guarantee for an individual chargepoint, charging session or future visit.

Price observation

A price is a dated observation with its stated network or site scope, power, payment channel, subscription context, time window and source. EV Evidence does not call an observation current after seven days and does not convert an incomparable tariff.

Coverage and sample

Each component retains its own sample unit, inclusive period, population, calculation and source. Charger, device and location counts are not treated as interchangeable.

Report findability

Where formally reviewed, the field distinguishes within two clicks, buried, or not found after a documented search. Not found does not mean not submitted, unlawful or non-compliant.
