There is currently no cleared product and no verified checkout path on the kit page, so there is no distance-selling refund to process for a nameplate record. What if a later kit referral is published?
If a later fleet review publishes a kit referral, the shop named on that card remains the source of the current price and of any statutory cancellation or refund terms. EV Evidence does not store prices and will not invent a returns window for an unverified seller. Until a product is cleared, EV Evidence shows no referral.
- Exact seller and item must pass the current fleet review.
- The item must still be for sale through a consistent checkout path.
- Disclosure must appear before every commercial link.
- Prices are not stored by EV Evidence.
What is the route for an error in an evidence record?
Nothing on this returns page authorises high-voltage work, a roadside repair, or a diagnosis. If you bought a vehicle or a charge point from someone else, use that trader's contract and the applicable UK consumer rules, not this editorial site, as the refund route. For errors in an EV Evidence record, use the corrections page rather than a goods-return process.
